Oversee all site activities and plant operations in the absence of the Plant Manager, ensuring maximum production and strict adherence to safety standards. Conduct daily equipment inspections, compile maintenance and production logs, and manage timecards while monitoring fugitive dust and feed material quality. Communicate frequently with the crew to enforce operational practices and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately.
