Job Summary
Operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime while performing inspections and troubleshooting operational issues. Monitor product quality, adjust systems as needed, and complete daily production and inspection reports. Collect and test product samples for quality control, maintain clean and safe work areas, and operate equipment including skid steer and telehandler. Support basic maintenance, assist with special projects, and cross-train in multiple plant functions. Work a 2-2-3 rotating night shift (12-hour shifts) earning $23/hour plus a $3/hour differential and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
