Job Summary
Load, weigh, and package dry ice products into blocks, pellets, and slices based on customer orders, while inspecting finished goods for weight, density, and packaging integrity. Operate production machinery and material handling equipment safely, and maintain facility cleanliness. Log production numbers, shipping manifests, and inventory usage accurately. Perform 85% of duties in the production area and 15% in the office for data entry.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, commissions, proportions, and percent
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in a production/manufacturing environment
