Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and maintain steam boiler systems, turbines, and auxiliary equipment; conduct daily checks of operating equipment and water chemistry; perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems; install, align, and repair industrial equipment to millwright standards; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime; assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities; maintain detailed production and maintenance records; uphold safety protocols and environmental regulations; maintain plant cleanliness and inventory; collaborate with internal resources to resolve operational problems; require willingness to work shifts and on-call as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and plant operations
