Job Summary
Assist the Licensed Chief Plant Operator in assignment and supervision of various maintenance and operational tasks, operating as the Chief when absent. Lead collaboratively with plant staff in a leadership role. Requires four years of power plant experience operating boilers in high-pressure plants, a valid Michigan driver's license, and a State of Michigan Second Class Stationary Engineer Registration/License. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4 years of power plant experience in the operation of boilers in a high pressure boiler plant
- Valid MI Driver License
- State of Michigan Second Class Stationary Engineer Registration/License
- Immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- Flu vaccine during flu season in the year hired and annually thereafter
