Job Summary
Operate and monitor plant processing systems to maximize efficiency and uptime, performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and adjusting systems for quality control. Complete daily production and inspection reports, collect product samples, and maintain clean work areas through spillage cleanup and washdowns. Operate equipment including skid steer, telehandler, loader, and man lift while supporting basic maintenance and assisting with special projects. Cross-train in multiple plant functions to build versatility. Work rotating 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, with half-month work and built-in days off.
