Job Summary
Plant Operator needed for Culligan by WaterCo to support bottling operations in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include adhering to safety procedures, loading/unloading 5-3-gallon water bottles, rotating across stations in the bottling process, performing general warehouse and facility duties, and maintaining accurate work records. Requires ability to work both in a collaborative team and independently, with forklift/pallet jack proficiency and the physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds; must read/write English and follow company policies. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
- Safety shoes are required
- Proficient use of a forklift/pallet jack
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds continuously
- Capability to twist/bend for extended periods
- Work in a warehouse washroom setting where you may get wet
