Plant Operator

Perform all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies while following company start and stop procedures. Conduct daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens, inspect screen media for proper condition, and perform guarding inspections to report maintenance issues to the superintendent. Keep walkways clear of debris, maintain the operating booth, and fill out necessary paperwork daily to meet production schedules. Assist workers in solving production problems when needed and suggest changes to increase efficiency.
