Job Summary

Oversee the terminal's receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispensing of petroleum products via marine vessels, internal transfers, and truck rack operations. Conduct tank gauging, manage line boats and dock cranes, handle vessel mooring, and inspect, operate, and maintain the Oily Water Sewer System. Perform daily terminal inspections, repairs, and maintenance while monitoring product deliveries, quality testing, and shipments. Complete operational paperwork, including transfers and hazardous work permits, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety directives. Respond to emergencies and participate in annual drills as a member of the Fire Brigade and Oil Spill Response Group. Maintain tank inventories and pipeline volumes while adhering to a 20-day rotating shift schedule.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years related experience in terminal, pipeline, or marine operations
  • General knowledge or experience in the petroleum industry
  • General knowledge of equipment and maintenance of pumps, meters, truck loading rack, and dock facility
  • Inventory control and/or accounting background
