Job Summary
Monitor parcel compliance for size and weight regulations, clear induct and sorter blockages, and escalate issues to management promptly. Work to improve Hub KPIs including throughput rates and accuracy metrics while maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area. Liaise effectively with team members and other departments to support hub operations during peak periods and meet nightly targets. Adapt to changing priorities and workloads, ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety Policies throughout the Tuesday to Saturday shift.
Required Qualifications

- Good organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations and strict deadlines
- Flexibility, willingness and capability to adapt to various roles within the warehouse environment
- Physical capacity to lift, load, and carry items weighing up to 25kg on a regular basis
- Some understanding of Health and Safety practices within a warehouse setting
