Plant Operations Technician

Repair and maintain resident units, grounds, and common areas while adhering to all safety procedures and infection control protocols. Complete assigned work orders on time, including routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as grounds care like trimming and sweeping. Report incidents, hazardous conditions, and defective equipment immediately to your supervisor. Ensure work areas remain clean with tools and supplies properly stored. Coordinate isolation procedures with Nursing Services and comply with all established policies. Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
