Job Summary
Evaluate warehouse layout, zoning, and staging to optimize material flow from receiving to loading. Establish structured processes for receiving, put-away, and delivery preparation while enforcing returns management to reduce leakage. Own routing, dispatch, and loading discipline across all trades to improve job-site readiness and service reliability. Lead warehouse, logistics, and fabrication support teams through daily huddles, productivity targets, and standardized SOPs. Partner with Planning, Procurement, and Field Operations to ensure seamless material execution. Drive KPIs for warehouse accuracy, staging readiness, and on-time delivery performance while maintaining AMPAM safety standards across all functions.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, including warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or construction operations environments
- Proven experience stabilizing, scaling, or improving operational performance in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership capability managing frontline teams and supervisors across multiple functions
- Experience implementing standardized processes, KPIs, and performance management systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to operate with limited supervision and drive execution through others
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Construction or MEP experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- experience with ERP or warehouse/logistics systems
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or fabrication-related tools
