Job Summary
Plant Office Administrator at Drug Plastics in Phoenix, a full-time role providing clerical and HR administrative support to the Plant Manager, acting as liaison with human resources, and handling production data entry, order processing, office supplies, shipping/receiving receipts with accounts payable, and greeting visitors/vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining general office and HR administrative duties, supporting plant supervisory personnel, and serving as liaison to corporate HR. Requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, confidentiality, and 1-3 years of office admin experience (HR experience a plus); bilingual abilities strongly preferred; on-site, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual abilities strongly preferred
- Proficient experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Must possess strong people skills and the ability to work well with others
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of office administrative experience is a plus
- Prior experience in Human Resources is a definite plus
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
