Plant Mgt - Area Manager

Oversee direct and indirect labor employees within a specific manufacturing process area, managing company resources including personnel, equipment, and materials to meet work schedules and fulfill customer requirements. Uphold safety, regulatory, and quality requirements while providing direction to resolve technical and production issues, ensuring weekly schedules meet or exceed expectations. Maintain appropriate staffing levels, monitor product alignment with the master production schedule, and track departmental performance measures to develop corrective actions. Supervise associates to foster a safe work environment, handle hiring and performance management, and lead continuous improvement activities through Lean manufacturing principles. Ensure work orders are closed in Oracle with accurate data and communicate with Plant management regarding production and facility achievements.
