Plant Medical Leader, Occupational Safety

Coordinate and support the plant's Occupational Health Program, providing clinical leadership for onsite medical services and managing a 24/7 operation with purchased staff. Ensure compliance with Mexican regulations and Ford standards while overseeing medical surveillance, fitness-for-duty evaluations, case management, and emergency response. Partner with Human Resources, Safety, Labor Relations, Purchasing, and plant leadership to manage injury and illness, promote employee wellbeing, and align occupational health with corporate priorities for workforce availability and safe operations. This role reports to the LATAM Medical Director with a matrix line to the Plant HR Manager.
