Job Summary
Plant Mechanic at Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines (KCGM) responsible for maintenance and repair of Caterpillar machines across mobile mining, earthmoving, and ancillary plant equipment. Perform scheduled servicing, inspections, and fuel/lubricant-record-keeping; report faults and complete service reports using CAT Inspect; operate forklifts; implement product improvement plans. Requires Australian Driver's Licence (Light/Medium Rigid), Australian-recognised Heavy Mobile Plant trade certificate with post-trade experience, High-risk Work Licence (Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces), and strong communication and teamwork skills.
