Job Summary
Maintain targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost levels for a 350K sq. ft. 3PL partner operation serving Jackson TN, Morgantown KY, and Greensburg IN manufacturing facilities. Manage inbound component receipt from domestic and international suppliers and oversee pick-to-sequence distribution for machined brass, stainless-steel, brazed, and injection-molded products. Prepare yearly capital, labor, and expense budgets while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate ISO activities and represent the organization in community groups, working directly with the Milan TN 3PL site leader to support continuous improvement across the domestic network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university
- Minimum 10 years of related management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to efficiently connect with all levels of an organization
- High degree of integrity characterized by sound judgment, high ethical standards, and leadership capabilities
- Background in leading and applying continuous improvement culture and principles, such as the Toyota Production System (TPS)
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge in a rapidly changing environment using data and validated problem-solving techniques
- Comprehensive understanding of the plumbing industry and Delta Faucet's methods
