Plant Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily plant operations including safety, production, maintenance, quality, and on-time shipping; drive Lean/CI initiatives and continuous improvement; ensure regulatory compliance and safety; lead cross-functional collaboration to align production plans with business objectives; champion data-driven decision-making, optimize material flow and equipment reliability, manage budgets and KPIs related to productivity, quality, and safety; mentor plant leadership and staff and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement; collaborate with product development, supply chain, and procurement to meet customer and market needs; implement digital manufacturing tools and sustain lean practices like A3, DMAIC, and Kaizen across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Formal Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred)
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
