Job Summary
Plant Manager position accountable for plant operations, directing production/delivery activities, optimizing throughput and costs while maintaining quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Leads strategic/operational planning, budgeting, and capital utilization; develops human capital, ensures safety training, and drives continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and statutory standards. Role involves travel up to 10% (international and domestic) and collaboration with Commercial teams for customer relations and sales follow-up.
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) or more years of progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment
- B.S. in Manufacturing, Business, Technical, or related field is preferred
- Experience with budget and cost management
- Experience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
