Plant Manager

Oversee all operational activities at the Buttonwillow manufacturing facility, including production, logistics, safety, quality, and human resources; lead a cross-functional team of managers, supervisors, leads, specialists, and hourly staff to meet performance targets and drive continuous improvement; ensure a safe, compliant workplace and maintain product quality while optimizing costs and delivering on P&L KPIs; develop manufacturing plans, establish budgets and cost controls, and coordinate with senior leadership; supervise implementation of manufacturing processes, training, and compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and company policies; manage capital budgeting, asset effectiveness, and administrative duties, and communicate plant performance across the organization.
