Job Summary
Hands-on Plant Manager to lead daily shop-floor operations for a manufacturing environment, coaching supervisors and frontline leaders, driving Lean/Six Sigma-based continuous improvement, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory adherence, and optimizing production, maintenance, and logistics to meet KPI targets and support growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a manufacturing Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role
- Strong track record of hands-on leadership and shop floor engagement
- Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on accountability and results
- Strong problem-solving and decisive decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead through change
