Job Summary
Oversee all plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, materials, and HR to meet company goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and regulatory standards. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Establish and manage budgets, cost controls, and continuous improvement programs to achieve performance targets. Drive a results-oriented culture by defining clear goals, monitoring performance, and developing high-performing teams. Partner with Quality and Procurement to ensure production and purchased materials meet customer specifications. Build collaboration and teamwork through open communication and effective leadership. Ensure compliance with food safety and product quality systems. Perform additional duties and projects assigned by Operations leadership.
Required Qualifications
- An associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive operations experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage P&L performance
- Experience with union contract administration and labor relations
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable results
- A bachelor's degree is preferred
