Job Summary
Lead operations at the Schofield manufacturing facility by setting strategic direction, developing leadership teams, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability. Take ownership of plant results, lead multiple departments through supervisors, and analyze operational data to implement improvements in efficiency and profitability. Build a culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement while partnering with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives. This role requires a proven manufacturing leader with experience improving KPIs and workforce engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Plant Manager experience in manufacturing
- Proven success leading large production teams
- Experience improving KPIs, operational performance, and workforce engagement
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- The ability to lead through change while maintaining employee trust and engagement
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
