Job Summary
Lead with purpose by inspiring and coaching your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service. Oversee daily plant operations including staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient concrete deliveries. Champion customer service by collaborating with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed expectations and resolve issues with urgency. Drive performance through key metrics monitoring for efficiency and quality while fostering a culture of safety and full regulatory compliance. Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to enhance plant efficiency and profitability.
