Job Summary
Seasoned Plant Manager to oversee our largest manufacturing facility in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include overseeing production, quality, safety, and cost management; analyzing financial performance, identifying cost-reduction opportunities, and developing budgets; building and developing a high-performing leadership team; maintaining strong customer relationships and driving continuous improvement; developing and executing strategic plans to achieve plant objectives; ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field and a minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, with lean manufacturing (TPS) experience and a proven track record in achieving KPIs and financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving key performance indicators
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles (TPS) and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
