Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of senior management experience in Automotive Manufacturing or another similar type of Complex or Industrial Manufacturing company
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Commerce
- Proven mastery of Lean principles, including VIEW, VAVE, TQM, and 5S
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of safety regulations, quality management, and customer relationships
