Job Summary
Plant Manager to lead all aspects of the production facility. Oversee daily operations, ensuring quality and efficiency while fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment. Responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, coaching and talent acquisition, clear communication and accountability, managing daily production, maintenance, quality control, safety, and receiving activities, driving continuous improvement to meet customer needs and budget goals, overseeing plant facilities and equipment, leading safety initiatives and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure smooth production planning and product launches. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field and at least 5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing, with strong leadership, quality control, inventory management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (required)
