Job Summary
Plant Manager role overseeing all plant operations including safety, environment, quality, production, and cost control; will lead a team of managers responsible for 90-110 employees, develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with business goals, ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar field (10+ years experience)
- Minimum 5 years of successful management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to drive cultural change and implement safety, lean manufacturing, and maintenance programs
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and development
- Experience in a related process industry is a plus
