Job Summary
Plant Manager responsible for all operational aspects of the Eldorado Hills facility, including production, maintenance, and logistics, while leading budget development and financial management. Drives safety compliance (LOTO) and a safety culture through a safety committee, mentors supervisors and staff, and leads continuous-improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and productivity. Oversees budgeting, pro-active problem solving, and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment in a plant with a focus on machinery, automation (PLCs/HMIs) and plastics-processing equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in building or rebuilding capital equipment utilizing pumps, drives, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, etc.
- Experience with plastics processing equipment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Strong "take-charge" personality with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Deep understanding of machinery and mechanical principles.
- Solid knowledge of LOTO and other safety regulations, with a strong commitment to enforcing safety procedures.
