Job Summary
Experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and running day-to-day operations to meet production goals, enforcing strict health and safety protocols (OSHA, EPA), maintaining quality control and driving continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma), developing schedules, allocating resources, managing operational and capital budgets, recruiting and supervising plant personnel, overseeing maintenance of equipment and facilities, and analyzing production data and KPIs to drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing people in a plant environment
- Experience working in manufacturing environments involving hazardous materials, chemicals, or high-temperature processes
