Job Summary
Plant Manager responsible for managing the strategic and tactical direction of the Mogadore manufacturing facility. Oversees Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to achieve site-wide KPIs (safety, EBITDA, equipment performance, waste reduction, product quality, OTIF) and meet business and budget objectives. Leads site strategy, operational excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, PEAK), cost control, CapEx planning, staffing, and cross-functional leadership while ensuring a zero-harm safety culture and strong external/company relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business/Finance, or equivalent
