Job Summary
Lead full-site operations across inside sales, engineering, project management, purchasing, production control, manufacturing, quality, field service, Lean, and EH&S functions. Ensure proposals, project budgets, and margins align with business commitments while driving safe, efficient manufacturing that meets production, quality, delivery, cost, and cash objectives. Oversee field service activities to support proper installation of high-voltage gas-insulated bus ducts and establish performance standards against safety, quality, and customer service metrics. Manage profit plans, staffing levels, and capital investments to achieve enterprise goals and strategic objectives within the Medway, MA high-voltage bus business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of site leadership experience
- Experience leading custom or project-based manufacturing with complex customer specifications and cross-functional execution
- Proven success implementing Lean, strategy deployment, Kaizen, value stream management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience in high-voltage electrical equipment or engineered-to-order projects
- Ideally, managing an organization of approximately 100 employees
