Job Summary
Plans, organizes, leads, and staff’s the Salt Lake City Pre-Cast Concrete operations to achieve divisional objectives. Responsible for facilities, safety, production operations, and shipping functions. Drives Lean Six Sigma initiatives (e.g., OEE, TPM, 5S, visual manufacturing), develops and implements regulatory safety plans, and ensures compliance with state and federal health and safety regulations. Manages resources to meet production schedules, cost, quality, and delivery targets; coordinates with production control and maintenance; oversees hiring, training, and performance management of personnel; identifies capital needs and oversees capital projects; and fosters a Continuous Improvement culture with measurable targets and KPI tracking.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience managing medium to large-scale manufacturing operations
