Job Summary
Oversee daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety. Optimize resource allocation to meet production targets and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of leadership experience, and proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies. Salary range is $140,000 - $191,000 depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-functional teams and drive operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality management systems
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or customer base
