Job Summary

Oversee and support a 24/7 plant operation to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production while meeting quality standards. Plan and direct daily operations, optimize manufacturing schedules, and allocate resources to achieve production targets and on-time shipping. Implement strict health and safety protocols, enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime. Recruit, train, and manage plant personnel, resolve conflicts, and conduct performance reviews to foster a positive work environment. Prepare operational and capital budgets, analyze costs, and implement cost-reduction measures. Collect and analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify improvement areas and report progress. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, three to five years of manufacturing experience, and strong leadership skills. Required Qualifications
