Job Summary
Manage an aggregates plant/site by directing tenured teams of hourly production workers and overseeing foremen to ensure annual production and profitability targets are met. Develop and manage the site's budget while ensuring safety, health, and environmental policies are followed alongside compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee planning and scheduling activities and lead process and project improvements within the facility.
