Job Summary
Lead all aspects of plant operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and financial goals while managing manufacturing, extrusion, quality, maintenance, inventory, and customer service objectives. Provide leadership to department managers and staff, develop annual operating budgets, and monitor financial performance. Ensure compliance with safety policies and standards, manage raw materials and equipment inventory, and prepare operational reports. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and partner with corporate leadership on cross-functional matters. Requires 4+ years of manufacturing management experience with a relocation package available.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Experience managing production, quality, maintenance, inventory, budgeting, and plant operations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in plastics manufacturing, plastic extrusion, pipe extrusion, PVC, HDPE, or plastic pipe manufacturing
