Job Summary
Lead production, logistics, procurement, quality, and EHS functions while managing a diverse workforce of approximately 50 employees at the Kirchheimbolanden chemical manufacturing site. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee significant capital investment projects, and ensure regulatory compliance within an upper-tier SEVESO environment. Deliver safe, efficient production of cleaning chemical solutions to major food and beverage customers across the DACH region. Maintain strict safety, quality, and operational excellence standards while fostering a high-performance culture. This full-time role offers direct influence on the site's transformation and operational performance within an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Site Leader, or Manufacturing Leader within the specialty chemicals industry
- A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline
- Strong understanding of SEVESO regulations and experience operating within a highly regulated chemical manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success leading teams, facilities, or manufacturing operations
- A natural mentor and coach who enjoys developing people and building future leaders
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making decisions independently
- A collaborative team player who is confident enough to constructively challenge ideas and drive positive change
- Experience working in lean, agile manufacturing environments
- Fluent German and English
