Job Summary
Plant Manager at Land O'Lakes, overseeing all operations at the Purina Turlock, CA facility; lead safety, quality, and plant production; manage plant budget and capital spend; drive continuous improvement using lean methodologies and DMAIC; coach and manage direct reports across Maintenance, QA, Production, and Plant Admin Coordinators; ensure EQMS requirements and strong relations with HR and union (CBA) considerations; collaborate with Sales and Engineering to meet customer needs and support growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
