Job Summary
Own the factory 3-year improvement plan by cascading it into a 1-year site plan with detailed 90-day execution targets. Drive daily and weekly operational meetings to identify gaps in safety, quality, efficiency, service, and cost, while implementing standard planning processes for factory scheduling and raw material/pack availability. Lead the Manufacturing Excellence pillar team to embed defined behavior frameworks and ensure adherence to HACCP, GMPs, and USDA/FDA regulatory requirements. Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize operations, reduce waste, and improve equipment uptime. Manage the entire operations team, including recruiting, developing team leaders, and ensuring performance clarity through structured development plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar
- 5+ years of leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment
- Experience managing operations within a food manufacturing facility
- Experience leading teams within a USDA and/or FDA regulated manufacturing environment
- HACCP certification or formal HACCP training
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety systems, regulatory compliance, and quality management programs
- Proven ability to implement and sustain manufacturing process improvements, productivity gains, and cost-saving initiatives
- Effective leadership, coaching, team building, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), blast freezer, and/or spiral freezer operations preferred
