Job Summary
Plant Manager will lead and oversee all functions across a financially sound site in Rochester, NY. This role drives strategic and operational plans, focuses on lean manufacturing and safety, oversees Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Distribution, and aims to promote positive changes and growth while achieving high performance and employee engagement. The role requires leading a multi-functional team, implementing manufacturing improvements, and communicating objectives clearly. The compensation package includes a base salary with incentive programs. Relocation is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor20s degree in Engineering required
- A minimum of 10 years20 experience overseeing a manufacturing site
- Master20s Degree and PMP a plus
- Proven experience with leading change and driving plant efficiencies via continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Demonstrated experience effectively managing site leadership to achieve high performance and employee engagement
- Solid technical skills in lean manufacturing techniques
