Job Summary
This hands-on role as a Plant Manager requires deep CNC programming expertise to enhance workflow and productivity in a custom machining environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable overseeing a team, troubleshooting machining issues, and managing production while ensuring quality standards are met.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of CNC leadership experience in a machining environment
- Deep understanding of CNC machining and G-Code programming
- Prior machine shop leadership experience
- Skilled in scheduling and managing workflow in a custom job shop
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
- ERP system experience and strong computer literacy (Excel, Word)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading by example and coaching a high-performing team
