Job Summary
Plant Manager based in Pataskala, Ohio, responsible for managing all plant operations and driving KPI performance. Oversees production at the manufacturing facility, implements LEAN manufacturing processes, and leads initiatives such as JOS, SQDCI, TPS, OTD, and CI in alignment with the company’s mission. Reports to the Senior Operations Director and collaborates with R&D, Engineering, and support departments to develop scope of work, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. Manages staff, reads drawings/schematics, and drives continuous improvement while coordinating with leadership on strategic planning and capital projects. Travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field or Associate’s degree in a related field with 10 years’ experience in a managerial capacity at JELD-WEN may be substituted for advanced degrees or an equivalent combination of education/experience at the discretion of management . �…
