Plant Manager

Lead plant performance aligned to ITW's 80/20 Front-to-Back strategy by ensuring focus on high-value products, customers, and processes. Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce complexity and improve efficiency while translating division priorities into clear, executable plant-level actions. Manage plant-level financial performance, including cost control, productivity, and budget adherence, partnering with Finance to implement margin improvement initiatives. Lead capital planning and execution for safety, productivity, and growth investments while driving alignment between production schedules, labor, and material availability. Establish accountability for schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance, removing barriers to meet customer demand. Partner with Engineering and Sustaining Engineering teams to ensure alignment between product design, manufacturability, and operational efficiency. Champion a safety-first culture and co-own employee relations, performance management, and development with HR. Serve as the primary escalation point for building-related systems including security, fire protection, and OSHA compliance.
