Job Summary
Ensure efficient, cost-effective production while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards across manufacturing, maintenance, and warehouse functions. Manage relationships with sales, vendors, and operations teams to support the Director of Operations on strategic projects. Develop and oversee manufacturing plans, including capacity planning, staffing, and raw materials, while leading facility personnel through hiring, compensation, and performance management. Monitor P&L, optimize facility layout, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency. Lead quality efforts, safety programs, and capital investments to maximize financial results and customer delivery.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- 5+ years of related experience in manufacturing
- 3+ years of progressive management experience
- Strong project management experience
- Facility management experience
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading and managing a technical or engineering staff team
