Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree and or equivalent job experience
• •Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment required
• •Familiar with MRO maintenance repair and overhaul business
• •Strong knowledge and application of Operational Excellence and lean tools in an engineering and manufacturing business
• •Analytical and critical thinking capabilities paired with strong mechanical aptitude
• •Proven problem solver utilizing root cause analysis, countermeasures, and verification of effectiveness techniques
• •Excellent project and program management skills
• •Experience implementing manufacturing strategy
• •Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization
