Plant Manager in Training

Train to oversee day-to-day performance of all departments within the plant and ensure safe, efficient operations across production, sales, administration, and distribution. Responsibilities include training in hiring/terminating personnel, reviewing financials against budget, interfacing with customers for service improvements, implementing quality and procedural changes, chairing plant meetings, administering disciplinary actions as needed, and supporting continual improvement of quality systems.
