Plant Manager

Oversee a 100-person metals machining and assembly operation in Northern Iowa, maintaining a safety-first culture while driving cost reduction through Lean Manufacturing practices and plant layout. Manage operating and capital budgets to improve plant profitability, quality control, and on-time shipments. Lead teams in production, supply chain, and facility maintenance to ensure workers remain safe while controlling costs. Make decisions on P&L and develop quality and safety initiatives. This role requires relocation or residence in a small town in northern Iowa.
