Job Summary
Lead day-to-day plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Safety at our Shelburne facility. Drive operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, and cost excellence while providing technical leadership to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime. Partner with Maintenance to strengthen preventive maintenance and long-term asset performance, and manage operating budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Balance cross-functional priorities to ensure decisions support overall plant success, while leading, coaching, and developing supervisors and frontline leaders. Build strong relationships with a visible presence on the production floor.
Required Qualifications
- Progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical background through Maintenance Management, Engineering Management, Reliability Leadership, or a similar technical leadership role
- Demonstrated progression into broader operational leadership with responsibility for multiple functional areas, such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, or Supply Chain
- Experience within Food, Beverage, or High-Speed Packaging manufacturing
- Experience leading highly automated manufacturing operations with a strong focus on equipment reliability, operational performance, and continuous improvement
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, capital planning, and KPI management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or a similar operational leadership role
- Experience within a high-speed bottling environment
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline
