Job Summary
Plant Manager I will direct and manage the aggregate plant/site, leading safety, environmental, maintenance, quality, and production activities. Responsibilities include managing foremen and hourly production teams, achieving annual production and profitability targets, oversight of the plant's profit and loss, budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards, coordinating planning and scheduling, driving process improvements, and leading project or planning activities. Requires minimum education of high school diploma or GED and 7+ years of related experience; strong leadership, production management, regulatory compliance, and project-management capabilities are essential.
